Our Leadership

The Rev. Kevin Caruso

My name is Kevin Caruso. I am blessed to serve as the rector of a thriving congregation where we are striving to faithfully Love God, Love Neighbor, and Change the World. Moreover, I believe that our ability to Love is rooted in our relationships to God, one another, ourselves, and the world. Consequently, I also believe that getting to know the people who find their way to Trinity is one of the most important things I do. To that end, If you would find it meaningful to spend some time visiting, please be in touch! I would be happy to meet you somewhere for coffee, at Trinity, in your home, or even at your office. You can e-mail me or call the office at 630-665-1101.

Charles Murphy

Family Ministries Coordinator

If I had to choose one quality that drew me to Trinity it would be its deep understanding of baptismal ministry –– that we are all, young and old, lay and ordained, called to serve alongside each other in ministry. I've been lucky enough to work with Fr. Kevin in various capacities since 2006, when we were both youth directors on the Northside of Chicago, and I am so excited to continue to learn and grow with him and this parish in our collective ministry.

I am a cradle-Episcopalian, raised in Alabama by a school counselor mother and priest father. Music was an early love of mine and continues to be my passion. I was lucky to have incredible, dedicated adults in my life who showed me the church at its best, and helped me experience glimpses of God. As Family Ministries Coordinator, I hope to do the same with this congregation, partnering with this wonderful community to nurture families of all kinds, and explore ways to deepen our relationships with God.
